A miracle for Artem from the foundation!

Artem has a complex diagnosis: spastic dislocation of the left hip, subluxation of the right hip, bilateral acetabular dysplasia, and valgus deformity. After undergoing major brain surgery in early childhood, the boy lost the ability to speak and walk and has been struggling for years to regain every movement and skill.
Due to progressive dislocation of the hip joints, he urgently needed orthopaedic surgery.
The Bonum Ukraine Charitable Foundation paid for the surgery and necessary implants, and doctors performed corrective osteotomy of the femur with plate fixation and Dega osteotomy of the pelvis.

Artem's journey has been years of hospitals, intensive care, gruelling rehabilitation, and his family's daily struggle for his life and development amid constant financial difficulties. Without the support of caring people, this surgery would have been out of reach for the family.
