Believe and always go forward!

Oleksandr is already 16 years old. Sasha was born prematurely at 31 weeks of pregnancy. The child spent the first nine days in the intensive care unit, then he was transferred to the department of premature babies, where he spent two months. After that, Sasha spent every two to three weeks in the neurological department of the Sumy Regional Hospital. At the age of one and a half years, he was diagnosed with cerebral palsy and concomitant diagnoses. After that, the world seemed to turn upside down for the parents. But they did not give up and continued treatment, believed and did everything possible to improve the child's health. At the age of two, Sasha first went to rehabilitation at the Kozyavkin International Clinic in Truskavets. There he took his first independent steps. Now Oleksandr is 16 years old and he is successfully studying in the 10th grade of Konotop Lyceum 10. He takes part in various competitions. Also, he has been studying at the Orthodox Catechism Courses named after St. Peter Mohyla for the third year. And he still dreams of entering a theological seminary.

Our Foundation supported Sasha and helped him complete another course at the rehabilitation center, because we want him to be healthy and his dream to come true. He is an incredibly persistent boy, hardworking and responsible, and we also believe in him and his dream!
