Bohdan has been sick almost since birth, when he was one month old, he had an intracerebral hemorrhage and the child spent 10 days in a coma. The brain was damaged by more than 50 percent. Due to the disease, the boy's development was very slow, and at the age of 7, Bohdan received the first group of disabilities due to severe mental retardation. Bohdan is now almost 11 years old, his diagnosis is: structural epilepsy, the consequences of an acute hemorrhagic cerebral circulation disorder, spastic theraparesis, microcephaly, partial atrophy of optic nerve discs, gross delay in cognitive and language development. But most of all, the child suffers from constant epileptic seizures, excessive excitability and frequent headaches. The fund helped Bohdanchyk and bought him all the necessary epilepsy drugs for a year, and other necessary drugs for half a year, because the treatment can be adjusted.
