Helping children with mobility potential: Misha's story!

The Bonum Ukraine Charitable Foundation paid for a rehabilitation course for Misha, a boy who has been struggling for mobility and development since the first days of his life.

Unfortunately, Misha cannot move independently or sit without support. He has difficulty speaking, his right arm has limited function, and he has almost no support on his left leg — he tried to stand only on his right leg. To remedy the situation, he needs more classes, but his parents do not have the financial means.
Therefore, the Foundation supports him within the framework of a rehabilitation programme aimed at children who cannot move independently.

The Foundation paid for a 10-day rehabilitation course for Misha, and even in this relatively short time, important results have been achieved. After the sessions, Misha began to stand better on his left foot, which he had not been able to support at all before, and began to hold himself a little more confidently. There were small but very valuable improvements in his support and body control.

To an outside observer, these changes may seem insignificant. But for Misha, his mother, and his rehabilitation specialists, this is a step forward, proof that the work is not in vain and that the struggle must continue.
