Polina from the front-line Izyum district, has a diagnosis of autism. And in her town there are no specialists, no centers where she could practice, and there are no pediatricians either. The mother takes the child for examination 200 km to the city of Kharkiv.
The girl does not understand spoken language, does not speak, does not communicate, does not take care of herself, has constant tantrums, sleeps poorly, is picky about food. Rehabilitation is very important for the child, it is simply vital so that she can learn self-care and live in society.
BF "Bonum Ukraine" helped Polina and provided her with the opportunity to take the necessary course with specialists at the rehabilitation center in Kyiv.
During the classes, she develops basic household skills and speaking skills. And the relative safety of the city gives her the opportunity to learn and strengthen them, to be free from 24-hour worries.
The donation amount is non-refundable, and the funds are distributed among the foundation's projects
