The Foundation for Every Child’s Right to Live Pain-Free!

Thanks to the support of caring people and the prompt assistance of the Bonum Ukraine Charitable Foundation, doctors performed a bone growth arrest procedure on Marina’s left leg to even out the length of her legs.

Marina is the eldest daughter in a large family where her mother is raising the children on her own. The girl has a serious genetic condition — Rett syndrome — as well as progressive grade III scoliosis and pelvic distortion. Due to the difference in the length of her limbs, her condition was deteriorating and the pain was becoming more severe.
Doctors insisted on urgent intervention — the insertion of special plates to control bone growth. It was these #Bonum implants that we were able to purchase for Marina at the most critical moment.

Despite the war, anxiety and the difficult reality around us, children deserve a pain-free childhood, a chance to move forward and live without suffering.
