The saved heart of Sofia

Sofiyka was born in April 2013 as the third child in the family. Engaged in dancing, likes to sculpt and paint pictures by numbers. Previously, she took part in many concerts and festivals together with the Step-Up dance group. In the last year, the girl began to complain of feeling unwell. After an examination by a cardiologist, the child was diagnosed with atrial septal defect. For a full life, an operation is needed to close the defect with the help of the Occluder implant. For a large family, the cost of an implant is very high, so they sought help.

Our Foundation purchased "Okluder", and the doctors of the Institute of Cardiovascular Surgery named after M.M. Amosov successfully performed the operation. Now my little girl has a healthy heart and can do her favorite dances again.
