Yaroslav can breathe freely again!

The ‘Bonum Ukraine’ Charitable Foundation has funded surgery for six-year-old Yaroslav — a boy who has battled constant illnesses and complications affecting his ENT organs since he was a toddler.
From early childhood, Yaroslav was frequently ill: runny noses, ear infections and tonsillitis became part of his life. Over time, his condition only worsened — he began to snore heavily at night and even experienced breathing pauses whilst sleeping. This was exhausting for the child and caused serious concern for his parents.
After numerous visits to doctors, the family received a clear diagnosis: the adenoids were significantly enlarged and required surgical intervention. Unfortunately, the family was unable to cover the cost of the operation themselves.

Thanks to the generosity of donors, the ‘Bonum Ukraine’ Foundation covered the cost of the surgical treatment.

The operation was successful and without complications. Doctors confirmed the severe condition of the adenoids — they were significantly enlarged and chronically altered, making recovery impossible without intervention.
Within the first few hours after the operation, Yaroslav began to breathe freely through his nose. The child’s condition improved rapidly, and his recovery is going smoothly. The snoring has stopped, his sleep has returned to normal, and the boy can once again lead a full childhood life.
For the family, this is not just medical care — it is the restoration of quality of life and peace of mind for their child, and for us, another life saved!
